Ian Audsley

Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director


Ian Audsley has over 30 years’ experience in the free to air television industry. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Prime in 2010 and quickly set about restructuring the business to improve its financial performance, and repositioned the television division as the leading regional television broadcaster in Australia.

 

Ian has a long and credentialed pedigree in media, having held the position of Executive Director of Mediaworks TV New Zealand, Chief Operating Officer at Nine Network Australia and General Manager Operations, Seven Network.

     
 
    
     

John Palisi

Chief Financial Officer


John Palisi joined Prime in 2012. He is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience. He has a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and a Masters of Commerce from University of Southern Queensland.


Prior to joining Prime John spent 5 years as Chief Financial Officer with ASX-listed Electro Optic Systems Limited, a company operating in the military defence sector.

           
 
                 
     

Emma McDonald

General Counsel & Company Secretary


Emma McDonald joined Prime in 2011. She has been a qualified solicitor for over 20 years and holds degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Sydney.


Emma’s previous roles include Director of Business Affairs at ITV Studios Australia, General Counsel of Austereo Group Limited, Corporate Counsel at Fairfax Media and Director of Legal Affairs at XYZ Networks (a FOXTEL/Austar JV).

           
 
                
     

Shane Wood

Group General Manager Operations


Shane Wood joined Prime in 2009. He has broad experience in free to air television, subscription television, radio, online and out-of-home businesses. He has held senior operational and strategic roles at the Seven Network, APN Outdoor and the Ten Network.


Shane has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 25 years and holds an Economics degree from Australian National University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New England.

              
 
          
     

Dave Walker

Group General Manager Sales and Marketing


Dave Walker joined Prime in 2010 and has developed the sales organisation to be recognised as regional television's number one sales team offering integrated, multi-platform media solutions to regional advertisers.


Prior to joining Prime, Dave was Head of Advertising Sales for Television New Zealand (TVNZ), and was part of the leadership team that transformed TVNZ from a single screen business to a multi- screen digital business that launched new digital channels and catch-up TV services.


With prior senior executive experience in advertising agencies on both sides of the Tasman, Dave has a deep understanding of the requirements of both the advertiser and the broadcaster.

                     
 
                         
     

Tony Hogarth

General Manager, Prime Television

 

Tony Hogarth was appointed General Manager, Prime Television in 2015 having held several executive positions, most recently as General Manager, Network Sales. 

 

As General Manager, Prime Television, Tony is responsible for running television operations and for the advertising revenue and marketing performance of local market operations throughout regional NSW, Victoria and Western Australia.

 

Tony has 27 years of television experience. Prior to his current position, he previously held the roles of Western Australian Manager for Seven Affiliate Sales from 1999 – 2002 and spent the previous 11 years at GWN and Super League (News Limited) both in sales and marketing management positions based in Perth.
