PRIME7 is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented person to manage our Port Macquarie/Taree Sales operation.


Based in Port Macquarie and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your principal duties will be to manage and motivate the sales team by building and maintaining a high performing team culture. You will also develop and implement sales strategies designed to increase and maximise revenue from both existing and new business. 


To be successful in this role you will have: -

• Proven experience as the leader of a high performing sales team.

• The ability to drive innovative sales solutions

• A high level of partnering, problem solving, communication and business acumen 

• Strong networking capabilities

• The ability to co-ordinate your own workflows

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Direct Sales experience is essential with Media Sales highly regarded, knowledge of the region and business community will also be a key ingredient for the successful applicant.
