PRIME MEDIA GROUP is an ASX listed media company that operates Australia’s leading regional television network, broadcasting to audiences in the Gold Coast, throughout NSW, the ACT, Victoria, and Western Australia.


We are searching for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join the System Support team!


This is an entry-level position in a small team which supports a large number of internal customers who use our Broadcast software, IBMS.


Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support user community with IBMS system
- Coordinating acceptance testing of ad-hoc patches and software release cycles
- Providing assistance in the resolution of system issues
- Understanding IBMS functionality, and identifying gaps between current business practices
- Monitor system performance
- Creating and managing user security profiles


To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- A thirst for problem solving
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
- A good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service
- Advanced time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to achieve goals in periods of high demand
