Seven Affiliate Sales, representing Prime7, GWN7 and Seven Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic and results driven individual to jump of board as a Media Sales Scheduling Coordinator in our successful and fast paced Melbourne sales team


This entry level role will see you working across the floor with the general sales team providing administrative assistance to the 7 Queensland Business Unit. It would ideally suit someone with a passion for media and advertising, who is looking to establish their career in the industry. You’ll need a keen eye for detail, a high degree of processing accuracy and the ability to meet daily deadlines established by on-air commitments.


To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• excellent attention to detail and data entry skills

• well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

• a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel.

• an aptitude for analysing numbers

• strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• a positive work ethic and strong team focus.
